Pradeep Kumar has held various roles in the administrative and technical fields since 2006. pradeep began as a Project Manager and Project Assistant at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology. In 2014, they moved to the TRANSLATIONAL HEALTH SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE as a Technical Officer-1. In 2018, they were appointed as an Administrative Manager at PredOmix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and currently holds the position of Senior Administrative Manager at PredOmix Technologies Private Limited.

Pradeep Kumar completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Rajasthan in 2009. Following this, they pursued a M.A. in Poltical Science from the same university, which they completed in 2011.
