Ed O'Hara has a diverse work experience in various sales and management roles. Ed began their career as a Sales employee at Arrow Electronics in 1980 and then worked as a Sales representative at Lionex from 1985 to 1987. Ed then served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Marshall Industries from 1987 to 1992. Ed worked as a Sales employee at Future Electronics from 1992 to 1997 before becoming the General Manager at FAI Electronics from 1997 to 2006. Ed then held the position of General Sales Manager at Future Electronics from 2006 to 2009. Ed worked as a Field Sales Representative at New Yorker from 2010 to 2011 and then became the Owner and Photographer at Dash24Foto from 2008 to 2015. Currently, they are employed as a Sales representative at Precision Graphics Inc. starting in 2011.

Ed O'Hara attended the New York Institute of Photography from 2007 to 2009, where they studied photography. No degree was mentioned as part of their education.
