Tim Miller is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay since October 2023 and co-founder of MK Value Creation Advisors from January 2024, Tim previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Summit Wash Holdings from June 2022 to May 2023 and President of Woodie's Wash Shack from July 2020 to March 2022. Tim's lengthy tenure at TBC Corporation from September 2000 to June 2019 included titles such as CFO, EVP, and Treasurer, complemented by earlier experience as VP National Division at First Tennessee Bank and as a Management Trainee/Loan Officer at Farmers and Merchants Bank. Tim holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Memphis and a degree from Washington State University.
