Ralph Campos has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as the head of the Engineering Department at Precision Coating since May 2019. In this role, Ralph plans and manages departmental operations while leading process improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Ralph worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics from June 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities included equipment validation, process transfer planning, and the commissioning of manufacturing equipment for a new facility. Ralph's career began as a Process Development Technician at Boston Scientific from 2005 to 2011, focusing on process validation documentation. Ralph holds a Master of Business Administration from EUDE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from ULACIT.
