Mike Capiotis has extensive experience in technical support and business analysis. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at PrecisionBl since August 2012, Mike provides assistance on all PBI software products, focusing on software support, object development, and product presentations. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Business Analyst at TMS Health, a Xerox Company, from August 2008 to August 2012, where responsibilities included identifying options and potential solutions that aligned with both technical and business needs while creating innovative solutions for complex problems.
