Vernell Fleming is an experienced professional in management and operations, currently serving as a Franchisee and Chief Business Officer at JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting since March 2021. With a longstanding tenure at Precision Tune Auto Care as General Manager since May 2015, Vernell oversees multiple store operations, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee development to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Vernell held the position of General Store Manager at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers from September 1999 to January 2015, where responsibilities included similar employee management and customer service duties.
