Kamalesh's career commenced in roles such as GIS Engineer at RMSI and Quality Control Analyst at Infotech Enterprises Limited. Kamalesh holds an M.Sc. in Geological Science from Gauhati University and a B.Sc. in Geology, Chemistry, and Maths from Arya Vidyapeeth College, complemented by a strong academic foundation in science from earlier educational institutions.
