Kathy Sears is an experienced senior analyst at Precise Systems, Inc. since July 2014, with a robust background in proposal and technical writing, as well as executive leadership roles in various organizations. Previously held positions include proposal manager at Precise Systems, proposal writer at Zenetex, and technical writer at Technology Security Associates. Kathy's extensive experience includes serving as executive director for both the Arts Council of Calvert County and the Greenwell Foundation, overseeing operations, marketing, and community outreach. Additional roles include development manager at the Arc of Southern Maryland and director of resident services at Westminster at Lake Ridge. Kathy Sears earned a BA in Music from Lawrence University in 1986.
