Judy Li is an accomplished project and program manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and consulting roles. Currently serving as a Project and Program Manager at Precise Software Solutions, Inc. since May 2021, Judy previously worked as a consultant at Cobb Systems Group, LLC for a brief period in early 2021. Notably, during a long tenure at Refinitiv (formerly the Financial and Risk Business of Thomson Reuters), Judy held the position of QA Director for Wealth Management, where transformational leadership resulted in a cohesive Quality Assurance function overseeing the testing and delivery of over 50 applications. Judy also served as Quality Assurance Manager, effectively building and leading an offshore team in India while managing QA activities for the Advisor Tools sub-division.
