Angelo is currently chief information officer of COPC, the largest physician-owned primary care group in the United States with about 350 physicians. COPC also offers a full-service laboratory, complete radiology services and cardiac testing. COPC’s most important achievement continues to be providing the highest quality of health care to patients.
He gained more than 25 years of experience providing professional services in information systems, business management, consulting, and instruction. Over that time, he served as chief information officer of COPC, president at Pillar Technology Group, LLC; chief information officer at Progressive Medical Inc.; vice president and chief information officer at Dispatch Printing and Broadcast companies; chief operations officer at Network Compatibility Group – CompuCom Systems; senior manager at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
He has also served as an adjunct instructor at Otterbein University and Ohio State University for more than 20 years.
Angelo has won numerous local and national awards. An active leader in Columbus, he is a member of the board of directors of GroundWork Group, Gladden Community House, and the CIO Tomorrow Program Committee.
