Andrei Druta has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Network Administrator and IT Support and Trainer for Soros Foundation in Moldova. Andrei then shifted their focus to web design and development, working as a Web Design Instructor for the Internet Access Training Project, US Embassy, Moldova. In 2001, they became a Senior Web Applications Developer at FUTUREtec GmbH, Germany, where they developed various web-based applications using different technologies. Andrei then progressed to the role of IT Product/Project Manager and Scrum Master at Service@FUTUREtec Ltd, leading a team of resources and managing the development of custom web-based applications. In 2014, they became an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at eStatim, responsible for managing project issues and risks. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Architech, where they guided teams through project lifecycles, managed budgets and schedules, and communicated progress with stakeholders. Currently, since 2018, Andrei Druta is serving as the Associate Director of Web Application Services at Precima, where they focus on developing individuals and teams for optimal performance while fostering a culture of collaboration and recognition.

Andrei Druta earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Moldova from 1992 to 1997. Andrei also has additional certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance obtained in March 2014 and is a member of the Project Management Institute since 2013.
