Boris Rumak, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a focus on real estate debt strategies, currently serving as Director at Precede Capital Partners since 2021. Previously, Boris held the position of Senior Vice President at Hudson Advisors L.P., where responsibilities included managing real estate and non-performing loan portfolios from 2012 to 2020.
