Mr. Domenik is a senior Silicon Valley tech executive and venture capital leader with a history of identifying, funding and coaching transformational companies to successful exits in the semiconductor and software industries. Mr. Domenik is a general partner at Sevin Rosen venture capital and additionally serves as the chairman of Encore (NASDAQ: EMKR).

Past leadership positions held include Director at Pixelworks, Inc., Vice President-Marketing for Weitek Corp., Chairman for RadiSys Corp., Independent Chairman for Meru Networks, Inc. and Vice President-Marketing at Cyrix Corp.
