Julio Ruiz started their work experience in 2004 as a Software Developer at Booz Allen Hamilton. Julio held this position until 2009, when they joined Praxis Engineering as a Software Developer.

Julio Ruiz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
