Max Rota is a seasoned product and service design professional with extensive experience in managing design teams and projects across various platforms. Currently serving as the Product & Service Design Manager at Zé Delivery since June 2021, Max focuses on enhancing designers' performance, fostering a design-centric culture, and aligning strategic design with company goals. Prior roles include Product Design Coordinator at Ame Digital, where Max coordinated multi-platform design efforts and prioritized business-oriented outcomes, and Head of Product Design at UZZO Pay, emphasizing product development, community management, and strategic partnerships. Max's career also includes significant contributions at Agência Estado and Thomson Reuters, where project leadership and cross-functional collaboration were pivotal to enhancing product usability and customer engagement. An alumnus of ESPM and currently completing an Executive MBA at USP/Esalq, Max combines a strong educational background with practical expertise in product design and management.
