Malabika Das is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history in human resources and technology management. Currently serving as HRIS Manager at Pratt Institute since June 2016, responsibilities include managing HR systems to ensure data integrity and reporting. Malabika has been a Volunteer Leader for the Girl Scouts (Greater New York) since July 2013, organizing activities that promote STEM learning for young girls. Previous roles include Project Manager and HR Representative at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where Malabika focused on project execution and process improvements. With earlier experience as an Online Marketing Manager at giggle and extensive roles at Queens Library in web administration and systems management, Malabika combines expertise in HR, technology, and community engagement. Malabika holds a BA in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and an MLIS from Western University.
