Pascale d'Avout has extensive experience in international business and finance, currently serving as Déléguée International IDF at Pramex International within Groupe BPCE since March 2020, focusing on international implantation, M&A, and supporting start-ups and SMEs in their globalization efforts. Prior to this role, Pascale founded FINAVENUE from 2014 to 2020 and held positions such as Directrice du développement at Leaders League and Managing Editor at Décideurs Magazine between 2015 and 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Responsable Consolidation at Europ Assistance from 2011 to 2014 and working as a Manager in Audit for Grand Accounts at Deloitte from 2006 to 2011. Pascale holds a Master's degree obtained between 2005 and 2006.
