Wayne is a Tax Partner with MNP where he has practiced for 20 years with a specialty in domestic taxation. Wayne has spent the past 13 years working closely with private oil and gas service and production companies in Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba and has served as a director for E&P companies and oilfield service companies. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, as well as a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Saskatchewan, the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
