Michael Hicks currently serves as Sports Editor for Forum Communications Co., a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy City Editor for the Boulder Daily Camera and Longmont Times-Call at Prairie Mountain Media, as well as Editor for the Broomfield Enterprise and Colorado Hometown Weekly. Michael has also worked as an Assistant Editor/Reporter for Colorado Community Media and held various editorial positions at Evergreen Newspapers, where responsibilities included sports editing for multiple weekly newspapers. Earlier roles involved freelance sports coverage for The Denver Post and copy editing at The Fayetteville Observer and Rock Hill Herald. Michael's educational background includes attending Central Michigan University and earning an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Red Rocks Community College.
