Alice Benedetti currently serves as HR Manager at Praesidium, beginning in June 2023. Prior to this, Alice was the Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Manager for Europe and the US at expert.ai from November 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included HR activities for a 130-employee population, partnering with senior management, and implementing HR strategies to support the company’s growth. At GAIL's Bakery, Alice progressed from Recruitment Coordinator to Recruitment Advisor between July 2017 and July 2020, managing the recruitment life cycle and leading projects on diversity and inclusion. Earlier experience includes a role as a Headhunter at Open Search Net and internships in communications and learning and development. Alice holds several degrees, including a Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from CIPD and a postgraduate master's degree in Organization and HR Management from Università Bocconi.
