Rosa Santamaria currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Prada Group, a position held since September 2023. Earlier experiences include HR Manager roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities encompassed HR management and organizational effectiveness, and senior consulting positions at Key Partners and Ernst & Young. Rosa holds a Laurea in Ingegneria Aerospaziale from Sapienza Università di Roma, obtained in 2000.
