Tina Bloom is a seasoned legal and finance professional currently serving as a Partner at Practus, LLP since May 2018. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Counsel at The 1940 Act Law Group from October 2017 to May 2018. Tina's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Fund Administration and Chief Compliance Officer at Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC and Williamsburg Investment Trust from July 2006 to April 2017. Additionally, Tina was Vice President of Fund Administration at Integrated Fund Services from 2000 to 2006. Tina Bloom holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Xavier University, following education at Walnut Hills High School.
