Gregg Kinney currently serves as a Partner at Practus, LLP since March 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from a previous tenure as a Partner at HeplerBroom LLC from 2001 to February 2023. Kinney earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law between 1989 and 1992 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University, obtained from 1985 to 1989.
