Miguelita Pia has gained extensive work experience in accounting roles over the years. Miguelita started their career in 2017 as an Accounting Assistant at SM Retail, where they handled various financial tasks such as inventory and fixed asset control, cash and sales audit, payroll processing, and government compliance monitoring. Miguelita worked in this role until July 2021.

Following that, Miguelita joined Tokyo Consulting Firm Philippine Branch as an Accounting Assistant. Here, they primarily dealt with Japanese clients operating in the Philippines and was responsible for monthly bookkeeping, preparing financial statements and reports, and utilizing Xero and QuickBooks. Miguelita worked in this role until August 2022.

In August 2022, Miguelita joined TOA Global as a Generalist Accountant, where they continued to utilize their accounting skills and knowledge.

Miguelita Pia completed their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Saint Joseph College Maasin City, where they studied Accounting from 2013 to 2017.
