Antonella Russo is an experienced HR professional with a focus on people and culture across diverse roles in Latin America. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture Latam at Practical Action since December 2020, Antonella has previously held significant positions, including Head of Customer Success at Midot and General Manager at NaveLAB, where consultancy in human resources was emphasized. Earlier experience includes roles at Rainforest Alliance as a Global HR Business Partner and at Monsanto as an HR Generalist. Antonella’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Gender Studies from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and multiple advanced HR certifications from Cornell University and ESAN Graduate School of Business.
