Reggy Joannes holds a strong managerial background in service delivery and resource management with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager Service Delivery at PQR since April 2019, Reggy previously worked as Manager Services at Cam IT Solutions B.V. from March 2016 to February 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the quality of service delivery and resource management. Prior roles include Service Manager at Centric for various clients, Team Manager/Relationship Manager at Centric Financial Consultancy, and Manager Resource Continuity Management at Centric from 2001 to 2012. Reggy possesses a Post-HBO degree in Bedrijfskunde from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
