Johanna Fliess has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Franchise Area Manager at Le Pain Quotidien since 2017. Previously, Johanna worked as General Manager and Gerente asistente at Le Pain Quotidien from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Johanna co-owned Sensei Sama from 2008 to 2012. Johanna holds a Licenciatura in Gestión de hoteles y restaurantes from Ott College, completed between 2003 and 2006.
