Carolyn Walters currently serves as Vice President of Employee Experience at GEHA Health, where involvement in senior management and people culture leadership has allowed for significant contributions to talent management and employee experience. Prior to this role, Carolyn held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at H&R Block, successfully transforming recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Carolyn's extensive background in human resources includes managerial roles at Sprint, where initiatives were implemented to align HR strategies with business objectives, improve employee retention, and manage compensation for a sizable national client group. Additionally, Carolyn began a career at Sprint in various roles, including Employee Relations/Staffing Specialist and Recruiter, following the attainment of a BS in Business from East Carolina University.
