Rick Plummer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering and consulting. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at PPM Consultants, Inc. since September 1995, Rick has contributed to the firm’s growth by delivering cost-effective solutions to environmental challenges. Prior to this role, Rick owned IMT, LLC, a provider of soil and groundwater remediation equipment, and served as Managing Partner at P3M Software, a developer of environmental management software. Earlier career positions included Engineer at RSH Engineering, focusing on the pulp and paper and chemical industries, and Drilling Superintendent at Hogan Drilling Co., overseeing a large team and drilling operations. Rick's academic background includes multiple degrees in Civil Engineering and Education from Louisiana Tech University and high school education at LaSalle High School and Erath High School.
