Katrina Mayers is an experienced operations and business development professional with a strong background in the music industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at PPL since March 2023, Katrina previously held the role of Co-Director and Business Development Manager at Vanguard Music Group, beginning in February 2018. Responsibilities at Vanguard include developing business policies, managing finances, and creating marketing campaigns. Katrina also worked as Business Development Manager for Lime Blue Music and served as Admissions Supervisor at London South Bank University, overseeing a team and managing project delivery. Earlier experience includes a tenure at PPL as Collections and Recoveries Manager and at William Hill as Duty Manager. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Management from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College and A Levels in Business Studies, Media Studies, and Psychology from Sir George Monoux Sixth Form.
