Steven Nadel is a legal professional with extensive experience in energy regulation and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at PPL Corporation since June 2015, Steven Nadel is responsible for compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards. Previously, Steven Nadel gained valuable experience as a Fellow at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and held associate positions at Ballard Spahr LLP and Greenberg Traurig, where responsibilities included defending clients in antitrust suits and managing complex legal disputes. Steven Nadel began a career in law as a summer associate and law clerk, with roots in corporate affairs and legislative research. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Penn State University.
