Matt Dorsett is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and regulatory strategy. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at PPL Corporation since August 2022 and at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, Matt has previously held significant roles including Executive Director of Transmission & Regulatory Strategy at Wabash Valley Power Alliance from 2017 to 2020, where responsibilities included developing strategic solutions for member reliability and regulatory engagement. Prior experience includes a decade at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) as Senior Corporate Counsel, and earlier as Associate Attorney at Locke Reynolds LLP. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin College.
