Liam Fairhall is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Company Secretary for both PPK Group Limited and Li-S Energy since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Liam held the position of Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Indue from June 2015 to March 2022 and worked as a Senior Associate specializing in Corporate Advisory at HopgoodGanim Lawyers from January 2009 to May 2015. Liam's career began as a Radiographer at Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital, where employment spanned from 2003 to 2011. Liam's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia (2019-2021), a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from QUT (2002-2008), and a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science from the University of Newcastle (1999-2001).
