Brett Dalton's work experience includes a role as the Director of Business Intelligence and Planning at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler since January 2023. Previously, they worked as the Business Analytics Manager at the same company from February 2019 to January 2023, and as a Market Intelligence Analyst from May 2017 to January 2019. Before joining PPI, Brett worked at Vermeer Corporation as a Market Intelligence Lead from March 2015 to May 2017, and as a Business Intelligence Analyst from May 2013 to March 2015. Brett also has experience as a Career Enlisted Aviator in the United States Air Force from April 1991 to August 2013.

Brett Dalton has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management, which they obtained from Colorado Technical University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Project Management, from the same university in 2012. Before attending Colorado Technical University, Brett Dalton was enrolled in the Community College of the Air Force, where they completed a degree in Information Systems Technology in 2006. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in Instructor of Science and Military Technology, at the same institution, completing it in 2007.
