Rachel joined PPI Engineering in 2018 after receiving a BS in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Idaho in 2018, and an AS in Agricultural Business from Modesto Junior College in 2015. She assists with engineering designs, construction staking and review, and hydrologic and soil loss analyses.
