Sourav Patro currently serves as a Global Human Resources Business Partner for Science & Technology at PPG, where the focus is on collaborating with leadership to advance innovative science and technology initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Global Learning Leader, Human Resource Director for the Asia Pacific region, and Head of Human Resources for a joint venture between PPG Industries and Asian Paints. Sourav has also held significant positions at Vodafone, Spencer's Retail Limited, Colgate Palmolive, and Bharti Airtel, specializing in talent management and human resources. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Utkal University, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Utkal University, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
