Nick Yingling is an Agile Coach with extensive experience spanning various industries and organizations. Currently serving at PPG since April 2024, Nick has previously held similar roles at Duke Energy Corporation, where contributions included fostering high-performing development teams to enhance digital solutions for millions of customers. Prior roles include Agile coaching at OpenArc, Senior Scrum Master at Skyword, and Agile Project Manager at PNC, among others. Nick's early career included IT management and learning development roles at institutions like Penn State University and Alcoa. Nick holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Change and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts and Science, both from Penn State University.
