Deborah's background also features roles as a Requirements Manager at Anthem, Inc., managing extensive functional and technical requirements across high-visibility projects, and various IT leadership roles at Aetna for nearly three decades. Deborah holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Montgomery County Community College.
