Benjamin Hoff is an experienced professional at PPG, serving since January 2009 in various roles including Digitization Team Leader for OLED and Dye, OLED Engineering and Project Manager, and OLED Area Technical Supervisor. Hoff’s expertise encompasses capital investment and process improvement project management in fine chemical manufacturing, overseeing projects up to $5MM. Previous positions involved leading engineering teams, managing safety protocols, and ensuring production quality. Hoff began a career in engineering at Glatfelter as an Engineering Co-op and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
