Karel Tregler is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Commercial and Investment Banking Division at PPF banka since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the Financial Markets Division, which delivers a range of financial, investment, and consultancy services. Prior roles include Advisor to the CEO of PPF banka and Senior Portfolio Manager at Generali PPF Asset Management, where Karel managed all equity investments. Earlier experience includes serving as an Equity Analyst at PPF Asset Management, focusing on Central and East European markets. Karel holds a CFA Charter and a Ph.D. in Finance from Prague University of Economics and Business, complemented by an International Baccalaureate and extensive language studies in English and Russian.
