Nozipho Yona-Nchaupe is a highly skilled environmental and sustainability specialist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at PPC Africa as a Group Environmental and Sustainability Specialist since March 2021, Nozipho previously held the position of Environmental Specialist at OcieCorp Pty Ltd from February 2019 to February 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring legal compliance with environmental legislation and conducting compliance audits. In earlier roles, Nozipho worked as an Environmental Officer at Chefu's Construction and Projects, focusing on legal project requirements and environmental performance, as well as serving as a Natural Science Trainee at the South African Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Nozipho holds a PhD in Law and Development from North-West University, along with a Master's degree in Environmental Law and Governance, and has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Plant and Soil Science.
