Amith Karanth is an experienced Application Engineer at PPC INSULATORS GROUP, specializing in the development of insulators for Overhead Transmission Lines and substations since January 2015. With a background in research and development, Amith has previously worked with Fronius International GmbH on solar energy process technologies, Smart Hydro Power GmbH on hydro-turbine systems, MAGNUM Fuel Cell AG on DC-DC converters for fuel cell vehicles, and the Fraunhofer Institute focusing on offshore wind farm implementation. Amith's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Power Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
