Tijl Vandecasteele is the Hardware Team Lead and Firmware Engineer at Pozyx since August 2021. Previously, at Excentis from November 2014 to August 2021, served as a Senior Engineer, specializing in development, execution, and automation of hardware/firmware testing for telecom equipment. Also conducted root-cause analysis of network issues, managed projects, and provided training on telecom protocols. Prior to that, worked as an RF Test Engineer at Excentis. Earlier experience includes working as a Power Electronics Engineer at Barco from September 2012 to October 2014. Education includes attending DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 2011 to 2012 and Ghent University from 2007 to 2011.
