Justyna Sowul possesses extensive experience in project management and team leadership within the banking sector, holding various positions at PKO Bank Polski since January 2004, including IT Project Manager and Digital Banking Team Manager. Justyna has been responsible for delivering projects, defining scopes, resource planning, risk management, and fostering team productivity. With a strong background in designing online and mobile banking functionalities, Justyna has led teams ranging from 14 to 16 permanent employees while overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff. Justyna's early career included teaching English and managing classroom activities at EuroEnglish Language School. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Minnesota and Politechnika Lubelska, along with a Master's degree in Special Education from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
