Jakub Korczak (JQK) currently serves as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at PKO Bank Polski since August 2024. Prior to this role, JQK was the CEO and Co-Founder of Qadrum Ltd. from March 2018 to September 2024, providing advisory services in strategic, financial, and capital sourcing for start-ups and scale-ups. JQK also held positions as Chief Financial Officer at Proteon Pharmaceuticals and VersaBox, and served as an advisor to the management board at multiple companies, including All in! Games and Scope Fluidics. Earlier experiences include roles at CashDirector and Oyoba Inc. JQK holds an Advanced Management Program degree from IESE Business School and a Master's degree in Bank Financial Management & Accounting from the University of Lodz.
