Holly Carpenter currently serves as the VP of Client Experience at PowerToFly, where responsibilities include developing advanced recruiting strategies and guiding talent mapping efforts since December 2022. Previously, Holly held the position of Senior Director of Client Services at Cielo Talent, focusing on team and client partnership success from June 2019 to December 2022. Holly also served as the Director of Sales Recruiting at Paycom, leading a team for sales professional selection from September 2017 to March 2019. Earlier roles include Global Talent Acquisition Director at Cielo Talent, where comprehensive and strategic hiring strategies were designed and implemented, and Senior Hiring Specialist at Edward Jones, focusing on full cycle recruiting. Holly earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1997 to 2002.
