Jeyalakshmi Prabahar is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in technology and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at PowerSoft Techno Solutions Pte Ltd since January 2023, Jeyalakshmi previously held the same title at Feathers Solutions Pte Ltd from January 2019 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Dreamwerkz Technologies from May 2014 to December 2018 and as R&D Project Engineer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic from August 2012 to November 2013. Jeyalakshmi also worked as a Software Developer at Powersoft Technology in 2010. Academic qualifications comprise an MBA in Business Administration from EASB, Singapore, and a Master’s degree in Software Systems from Kovai Kalaimagal College of Arts and Science in India.
