Joy Gallagher Bullen currently serves as a Product Manager for Generative AI and Content at PowerSchool, a position held since October 2024. Concurrently, Joy also works at Leiya in Content Strategy & Communications since January 2023. Previously, Joy held the role of Director of Content at College Confidential from February 2021 to November 2022, and before that, worked as a Senior Writer & Editor at Concentrical. Joy's earlier tenure includes various roles at InsideTrack, including Interactive Content & Chatbot Designer and Operations Team Manager, spanning over a decade from October 2010 to February 2021, alongside mentoring efforts at Minds Matter between 2010 and 2013. Joy's career began as a Sales Marketing Associate at Random House from 2005 to 2009. Joy holds a BA in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Kenyon College and an MA in Clinical Psychology from The New School.
