Desmond Seymour currently serves as the Change Management & Communications Lead and Product Adoption Lead II at PowerSchool, starting in January 2024. In addition, Desmond is a member of the Board of Directors for the Digital Harbor Foundation. Previously, roles included Customer Success Product Adoption Lead and Implementation Specialist at Allovue from July 2019 to January 2024, and Senior Program Manager at Doula for Dad from July 2016 to July 2019. Earlier experiences feature serving as Dean of Culture at ROADS Charter High Schools and a Manager at a Social Justice Non Profit. Desmond began a career at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, where positions included Program Manager and Special Assistant to the Director. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Political Science and Government from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Certificate in Public Administration from Florida State University, an MS in Biotechnology from Georgetown University, and a Certificate in Web Development from New York Code + Design Academy.
