Ivis (Butch) Gaudet has extensive experience in engineering, quality management, and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Quality at PowerRail, Inc. since September 2010, Ivis has a strong background in materials management from American Motive Power, where responsibilities included overseeing work in progress and raw materials while managing project-related costs. Previous roles include General Manager at People Misters International, where Ivis directed daily operations and vendor relations, as well as Parts Supervisor at Genertek International, focusing on inventory and freight cost evaluations. Ivis began a career in administration with the U.S. Marine Corps, supervising training schedules and developing tracking systems for personnel development. Ivis earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Florida Technical College from 2002 to 2004.
